convenient location comfortable bed cute staff
i found the location convenient with the station just a minute away. the room had comfortable beds and it was nice and clean. i found the staff cute, always ready to assist with a smile.
the elevator felt a bit small.

ideal location luggage storage bus line
The location was ideal near the Gare de l'Est. The staff allowed luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. A bus line to the Eiffel Tower was very close to the hotel.
Sound from the hallways traveled easily into the room.

dirty bathroom noisy cleaning staff
the location near the train station was convenient for travel (easy access to transport was a plus).
I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. There was hair in the sink when i arrived. the cleaning staff were also very noisy, and the cleaning process took too long. I was unable to enter my room for quite some time. (it was quite inconvenient)
